St Bartholomew's Church, Penn

Client: The Vicar and Church Wardens

New Communuty Hall and Parish Office

The works were carried out under two separate contracts – the preliminary grave clearance works were followed by a separate contract for the construction of the single storey extension.

The building comprises a large community hall (the Oak Room), Parish Office, toilets and kitchen.

Approximately 900m3 of spoil was excavated and removed from the existing sloping graveyard to accommodate the new structures.

Quality materials were used throughout including Baggeridge facing bricks with Mottled Holligton stone dressings, hand made clay roof tiles, European Oak joinery and Polish glass.

We provided a full service to the client including cost planning, full bills of quantities and post contract services.
