Conversion to six dwellings, Cefn Mawr, Wrexham

The home of the Kynaston family whose industrial activities led to the development of the Plas Kynaston Foundry which cast the iron components for the nearby Pontcysyllte Aqueaduct.

The Hall was built in the early 18th century and is Grade II listed.

Now fully restored and converted into six one bedroom apartments
