Get started

We are an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors offering a full range of services in the procurement and management of high quality building and energy projects.

A relatively small firm we firmly believe that traditional methods of quantity surveying are the very bedrock of sound financial planning and management; we have an enviable track record in pre-contract cost assessment and budget control.

Formed in 1989 the partnership’s principal activities are engaged on a broad spectrum of projects from the repair, conservation and conversion of historic buildings, through the construction, alteration and repair of industrial, commercial and residential developments, to financial management and auditing in the energy/petro chemical industry.

Founded in the late 1990″s , we are a small company able to offer a personal and individual service, from inception to completion of construction projects.

The directors and staff have in excess of 30 years” experience working on building and civil engineering projects in this country and overseas. Projects have ranged from repair and conservation of buildings of historical importance, churches and cathedrals through office buildings, leisure and housing developments to industrial units, involving most of the traditional and some of the more innovative procurement routes. Please take a look at our Projects for examples and additional details.

All of our staff are appropriately qualified, proactive, flexible and professional, fulfilling their roles with energy, enthusiasm and commitment. Emphasis is placed on understanding and interpreting the requirements of our clients and helping them with practical, common sense advice.

  • Historic building conservation demands considerable knowledge of traditional crafts and we share, with a number of Conservation Architects and Engineers, a deeply held regard for the dedicated workforce that combines this knowledge with undeniable skill and love for the work they do in preserving our historic asset. We are traditional in our approach to work on buildings of special architectural and historic interest, providing the highest standard of Quantity Surveying and cost advice with services that are particular to this facet of our industry.
